Looking for Card Makers

I have an opportunity to promote your shops as well as help cancer patients! The first annual Cards 4 Cancer sponsored by Spirit Jump is coming up on April 10^th.I am the team leader for Hill Country Spirit Jumpers and we will be delivering cards to cancer patients at Texas Oncology. Right now we are
down for 3locations and if we can get enough cards then we’ll deliver
to more centers.

I am looking for people to join my team! All you need to do is sign up at www.cards4cancer.org for team Hill Country Spirit Jumpers. Then make, design, stamp, sew, buy, or craft greeting cards to hand out to the patients. Try to stay away
from “Get Well” type messages since we don’t know their particular
situation, but more like “Thinking of You” or “You’re Not Alone” or
other cheerful smiley messages.

So, what do you get out of it besides making a cancer patient smile?

I’ll be including names and links to studios for those that send me
cards in my blog. I’d also like to post about some of the participants
and show some of the cards made. I’ll tweet you and let the world know
what a beautiful and helpful being you are! Contact me if you have any
questions about anything at all!

I am Susan B. We met once at Lake Side and once at your B-B-Q Party. Wayne & I now have a commited relationship which I think you know about. The two of us would like to make a contribution, but do not have time at the moment to make cards. I signed up for your team, but there was no place for a donation.

My Mother is a survivor of breast cancer and uterine cancer. My Brother died of mestasized colon cancer. My Father survived prostate cancer. I am the lucky one, I guess. What can I do to support Spirit Jump?

I didn't know you and Wayne had a committed relationship, but that is great. I think you two are just the cutest couple when you are together. You are so sweet and Wayne is very lucky.
I am so happy that you would like to contribute. You are so sweet! There are two places to donate. You can donate straight to the Spirit Jump organization at www.spiritjump.org. You'll see a button to Donate on the right hand side. You can also donate straight to the Cards 4 Cancer event by going to www.cards4cancer.org. For every $20 you donate there One Hope Wine will give you a $10 gift card to use at their website. So happy to hear that your Mother is a fighter and survived. I am sorry for your loss of your brother though. Cancer is not a fun thing.
